Applying for Reimbursements

Whilst on assignment when utilising your GEM membership card, you should not need to lodge a separate claim. GEM arrangements contain a direct claim settlement/payment facility.

If you incur any medical (or related) expenses covered by the Expatriate Health plan that are outside of the GEM arrangement and network of providers and need to make a claim for reimbursement, a completed claim form will need to be submitted (together with supporting documentation) to:
